Ordering Information

For your convenience, we gladly accept orders via phone, fax and email.  Please have all relevant information available at the time of order including breaker brand and model number plus part numbers if available.  Should questions arise concerning your attachment, our inside sales personnel will put their extensive experience to work in helping you determine the best approach to solving your maintenance issue.

Orders for in-stock parts and components are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order.  ASC will process emergency orders received prior to 3:00 P.M. PST  that same day whenever possible without penalty in discount (Additional Shipping Charges May apply). 

Most parts orders are shipped via prepaid UPS with charges added to the invoice.  Heavier items, typically beyond 150 lbs, are shipped freight collect via LTL carriers.  Please specify your carrier choice at time of order if using LTL.  If none specified, we will use our negotiated rates to get you the best service.

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment on established credit accounts.  If you do not have an account with us, please ask our sales personnel about opening one. Visa and Mastercard are acceptable forms of payment.
